Ursulia is the newest town in Meridona, established by wealthy Meridonan businessman Omar Lucas, who hopes to build an educational community in the area. The town is currently home to the Islandic Academy, a private school catering to early education, and the Ursulian Institute, a private higher ed school. Both Islandic and Ursulian have recruited some of the brightest children from the throughout the world. In 2015, Lucas opened Odom College, which will serve graduates of the Ursulian Institute as well as promising foreign students. Lucas then hopes to grow Ursulia's business sector with Odom College graduates by providing entrepreneurial grants.
