Fort Proctor is a small town on the southern Salkota Spit and headquarts of the Meridona military's Naval, Air, & Special Operations Facility (NASOF). Named after L.C. Proctor, a mysterious author admired by Thelonius Alasdair, the historic military base of Fort Proctor was established by Alasdair as Meridona's naval station and first line of defense. Much like the GFOF, merchants recognized a opportunity to profit and moved to the area to set up shop and established the town of Fort Proctor.
