Meridona's military consists of 2 divisions; Naval, Air, & Special Operations (NASO) at Fort Proctor in the south and Ground Force Combat Operations (GFCO) at Fort Gedna in the north. Known for it's strict admission requirements, high pay, and mysterious training, they recruit only the finest Meridonan applicants and have been known to hire foreign mercenaries.
While small in numbers, the military is one of the most well-trained in the world and is equipped with state-of-the-art weaponry. However, Meridona's isolationist stance has resulted the military's only official missions being humanitarian, although their true activities are a source of much speculation.
