Verdanta is a small community near Solstico National Park. It was established by Thelonius Alasdair to serve as the island's logging center. The industry thrived until overlogging lead to strict regulations. Today, Verdanta is home to several tree plantations of Islandic teak, a highly sought-after wood indigenous to Meridona.
