Nialis is a suburb of Oliviana. It serves mostly as a bedroom community for the workforce of Oliviana and San Honoro. The rise of organized crime activity in recent years has been a source of concern for police and Nialis residents. It is widely believed a well-organized criminal organization known as The Dorados has controls most activity within the town. Neither the Dorados or any other criminal organization are believed to be of any threat to law-abiding locals or visitors.
